good first job experience
The first year I worked there was really fun and educational. I moved up fairly quickly and felt comfortable. Once management changed I didn't feel as comfortable or confident since the manager was not very understanding or qualified. Ended up leaving due to moving away.
Points positifs30 min breaks (5+ hour shifts)
Points négatifsearly mornings

Very fast paced work place with caring and friendly staff.
A typical work day at Bath and Body Works starts off usually by circling the store room and making sure all merchandise is in its correct place, all while assisting customers and asking them open ended questions to help them find the merchandise they desire.
Points positifs30 minute breaks, and very understanding staff.

Good place to learn customer service but very little chance of advancement
Typical day consists of helping customers as a primary focus, everything else comes second. Learnt to deal with multiple tasks at the same time. How to manage to deal with multiple customers at the same time. The nicest part is when customers returned and asked for you by name because they enjoyed your service. The most frustrating part is the lack of acknowledgment for your work.
Points positifsGreat place to learn about Customer Serive
Points négatifsAfter 5 years, no advancement options.
