Travail agréable
La Vie en Rose est une compagnie en pleine expansion.
C'est un endroit chaleureux et axé sur les ventes. Il y a de bons avantages sociaux et les opportunités d'emploi dans la compagnie se font quand même assez rapidement. J'aime du fait que c'est un endroit agréable à travailler. L'équipe de gestion joue un grand rôle au niveau de l'ambiance au sein de l'équipe.

Customer Service oriented
La Vie En Rose cultivated my customer service skills, since the merchandise is a personal item for our clientele. Communicating and listening to the customers needs is the most important part of this job. Product knowledge is what set this brand apart, the training was detailed and ongoing for all staff. Being part of the training process for new employees was enjoyable, due to the success of the brand and sales team. Merchandising the product gave me great pride in the work space because i had creative control of the layout of the product and upkeep of the store.

Failure in management
I worked at the Dartmouth Crossing location for years. Was a great place to work in the beginning, but after a change in management two years ago things took an unfortunate turn for the worse, and it was no longer an enjoyable place to work. Very bad management. The work environment was very stressfull and frustrating, even for part-timers who only worked a few shifts a week. So many have come and gone from that place over the past couple of years because of the poor management issues and internal conflicts. From my personal experience, I would have recommended this place of work to anyone two years ago, but certainly not now, especially not that particular store.
