Productive company that is constantly looking to grow
Generally your work day starts betwewen 8 and 9 and goes on until between 5:30-6:30. some roles have abnormal hours but nothing like a graveyard shift overnight. The culture is fun and jovial but you are expected to get your work done in a timely fashion. Anyone that can achieve that balance will move up in the company. We are all friends with each other

Easy job fun place to work and learn something new everyday. Co workers and manager all pleasure to work with
Overall good place to work as the job is easy and good work to life balance. Upper management needs to be re tooled and looked at as unprofessional and unreasonable.

Did a phone interview and a 40 minute in person interview with 2 people which included job shadowing.

Very little. It is a bunch of 20-somethings in cheap suits with big chips on their shoulders all competing to see who is the best at being mean to each other.

The hours are set for my position. I have not asked for different hours since the hours work perfectly for me.
