Misleading interview process, unorganized terrible work environment
Was brought in by employee refferal, and expected a totally different experience. Multiple interviews mislead me to a different role than expected. Long hours locked at home, purchasing vehicles privately in a different province. Not a lot of real support or aid in the process, especially to start off. Coupled with ridiculous expectations of bookings and vehicles that we had to purchase. Management expectations were outrageous and they had no sympathy or remorse for their workers. I have worked some difficult jobs in my past, but this had to take the cake for the one that made me the most miserable. I had never felt so emotionally drained in my entire life that I could hardly last two months there. Even attempted to quit after the first two weeks. My recommendation is for anyone that is not familiar with the industry, does not enjoy working from home, or enjoys a work life balance to avoid this position like the plague. I may have come on at the wrong time, but my experience was far from ideal.
