Really a good place to work at.
I started working there last year (2020), and I really love the place. Their safety policy is so good that they barely record any accident. I will always recommend anyone to cascade anytime.

Belle entreprise avec de bonnes valeurs
Ça fait déjà 3 ans que je travaille chez Cascades et c'est vraiment rendu une famille pour moi. Les gestionnaires sont présents et à l'écoute. On est apprécié à notre juste valeur. L'environnement de travail est dynamique et convivial.

Horrible management
Fail in the hire management They act like daycare and do not treat every employee the same. They have no procedures to do so. Everyone has their own experience. Pple great, management 0 stars

don't do it unless you are desperate
They treat you like trash. they never give you your days off they are always calling you in to work even though it's your day off you get signed up for extra hours even though they didn't ask you.

Cascade
I love working for cascade and will definitely be a referral to others. It’s a great place and have great staff and residents. Cascades is definitely family oriented.

Overall bad
They look for reasons to get people terminated if they voice their opinion even though they tell you they want you to do just that to help make things better. The administrator is very rude and will say things to be little you. They have went through 4 or more DON'S in 1 year which should tell u a lot. Cascade will leave you on the unit working alone on a 2 person assist floor and tell you to make the best of it

Overworked
Cascades is a super good environment, however, they tend to overwork their employees, and they then say that it is our fault for having so much overtime. Management sucks, but the CNA's and Nurses are amazing.

Great togetherness
The job has a sense of productiveness and purpose and clearly is about safety first and has great pay if willing to work hard .working at cascades has taufht me to be patient and clearly being carefull while being productive

Le code vestimentaire suggéré dans notre entreprise est une tenue de ville pour les employées et les employés de bureau et un uniforme (t-shirt/chemise et pantalon verts) pour les employés de production en usine.

Le management aurait intérêt à revoir un peu son ouverture quant aux formes de travail. Oui Cascades est une famille, mais le nouveau marché de l'emploi fait en sorte que les candidats veulent s'accomplir en dehors du travail. Ils devraient revoir un peu leur ouverture quant au temps réduit (4 jours semaine) et éviter de surcharger ses ressources.
