company was very good until a new manager took over
the company was good until a new manager took over and then many people started quitting and the hours were bad and I started to loose a lot of shifts so it became awful.

Good first Job or Part Time Job but after a year, leave.
Footlocker is a good job for someone who lives with their parents or who are students that like sneaker culture you'll make the bare minimum wage and benefits that a company is required by law to offer but truly nothing else. When you work at least 1 year work well and leave, i guarantee you, you stay any longer than that you will waste your valuable time and is not worth it. They couldn't care less about their employees they only look out for their Store managers and District managers and nothing else really. Truly bad "career opportunities" if you could even call it that. Work for a year ONLY IF YOU REALLY LIKE SNEAKER CULTURE. If not avoid this company like the plague
Points positifsGood for part times
Points négatifsTerrible for Anyone else.

Fun Place to Work
For someone who loves apparel and shoes, this was an exciting job to receive. The work was easy and fun to do as a first job. It allowed me to grow my communication skills and improve my problem solving skills.

I learned a lot about Foot Locker merchandise and customer service.
I worked at Foot Locker as a seasonal employee for the all star games. It was a great experience because i love to learn and Foot Locker had a really supportive learning environment. I also gained additional experience in customer service because Foot Locker finds customer service very important.

Fun place to work lot's of energy
A typical day could vary as I dealt with 134 stores across Canada, anything from resignations of employees at store level to booking travel for my VP, completing expenses, paying invoices etc...
Our workplace culture was team building always working together to get any job done.
I enjoyed everyday as there was always a new challenge.
Points positifsTeam working environment

Team chemistry, and respect for managers is key. Helping each other overcome weaknesses and supporting each other whenever we can on a day to day basis.
