Long shifts. Work on weekends hard family balance.
Great staff and good people working there. Just long shifts. Deliver refrigerators up stairs and heavy furniture if your into it. If customers have not moved their old couch you Have to move it for them.

Supportive atmosphere
Great training, and great management. Staff was friendly and code ethics were always in check. Great practice for experience with customers. Shifts were fair and equal.

Did not value employees
Low hourly wage, regularly worked 8AM until 6 or 8PM while technically a part-time employee. Expected to use my personal vehicle for company purposes, and never received reimbursement for mileage, which i was told would happen. extreme micro-managing was a part of everyday life

Very Productive
Workplace was a very good one to work at, very productive and good work environment. Management team was great to work with and so so were my co-workers. Learned a lot more to do with financing and how to do deal with customer service issues with product in their home. Enjoyed my time working here, definitely would recommend it for anyone.

easy and fun job.
Leons is a good job for someone entry level into front office, customer service or warehouse work. As front office my daily work was phones, reports, filing, paper work, booking deliveries, calling customers, taking calls, cleaning, taking payments and handling financing as well as cash.

My ideal work day
I work in a fast paced sales driven environment and i am always dealing with I rate customers and solving there issues. I do however have a very unsteady work schedule and am looking for something that is more reliable.
Points positifsGreat staff
Points négatifsUnsteady schedule

Very exhausting
Considering the fact i was a warehouse customer service associate, there was a lot of heavy lifting to do when you first start the job. However, as the shift continues and customers start making their way to the clearance section where i am placed is when it is more interesting as you get to deal with customers. The fun part is trying to sell them the products and convince them to buy it.

Entry level workplace with little chance of advancement
Entry level workplace, rapid change of workers.
Managers and coworkers are friendly, but without proper human resource regulations, it is hard to work here for a long time.
Inventory, receiving and management skills can be learnt here, which is the best part.
When there is little customers--and it happens frequently-- the job can be super boring.
There is little chance to get a raise unless changing the position.
A very good place for young people to gain experience, but it is not a place for career seekers.
