My experience there was good in the sense that I learned a lot about plumbing etc. Being a home owner, its great to be able to pick up on skills and make new friends that can help you to apply them to your needs

Easy place to work.
Everyone is very easy to work with. You really gain another family when you work there.Managers are a hit or miss sometimes. If you show you really have interest in certain departments you get the proper training. My specific location tries to include everyone in activities outside of work hours with a social club (bowling, bbqs, baseball with other locations) Its a great place to work and learn new skills.
Not a great place to work if you are looking for recognition and appreciation
Not a great place to work at all. They expect you to give your all, and then give nothing in return. They offer shifts like 10-6:30pm and 2-10pm, so you have no chance to have a home/family/work balanced life.

Dans l'ensemble l'entreprise est correct mais il y a place à amélioration
Une organisation à revoir pour une meilleure synchronisation des efforts fait par employés
Une administration assujettie au bureau chef qui est déconnecté de la réalité.
Faiblesse dans les communications et la formation des employés.

Moral at an all time low
Throughout covid the company has been awful to it's employees. They think that by throwing a money incentive once every maybe 3 months it's going to keep you wanting to work there. When your a part-time worker you get treated as that. Even if you put in full-time hours and go into overtime you're just a part-time worker and don't get the same benefits as full timers.

Workplace was extremely unfair and most management was vindictive. Employees often suffered through abuse from customers and customers would be rewarded by management for "inconveniences".

Enjoyed the variety of positions I worked each day, such as working with contactors, special orders, and going on many training courses. Was also given added responsibility and accountability.
