Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Landscape Technicians Team Members, including Forepersons, Hardscapers, and Softscapers, to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse landscaping projects, from planting to construction, while leading or supporting team efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Landscape Foreperson (Site Leader)
- The Role: Lead, mentor, and work alongside a crew of 2–5 workers to ensure projects are built accurately, safely, and on time.
- Responsibilities: Manage site progress, read landscape plans, coordinate material deliveries, communicate with project managers/clients, and maintain job site safety.
- Requirements: 2+ years of leadership experience in landscape construction; valid Driver’s License (trailer towing experience preferred); ability to operate light heavy equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator).
2. Hardscape Installer / Mason
- The Role: Execute precision hardscape installations for high-end residential and commercial outdoor spaces.
- Responsibilities: Install interlock pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, base preparation, grading, and drainage systems.
- Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on hardscaping experience; proficient with cut-off saws, plate compactors, and measuring equipment; strong eye for detail.
3. Softscape Specialist / Crew Member
- The Role: Bring custom landscape designs to life through plant installation and final site dressing.
- Responsibilities: Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and garden beds; fine grade topsoil; lay sod; mulch; and assist with general site prep/cleanup.
- Requirements: 1+ year of landscaping/gardening experience preferred; knowledge of plant species and soil care is a major asset; strong physical stamina.

General Qualifications (All Roles)
- Must be capable of working outdoors in dynamic weather conditions and lifting 50+ lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
