Job Overview
Dynamic Dirtworks Ltd. is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate excavators on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Perform residential and commercial basement excavations, including residential basement digs.
- Complete truck loading, rough and fine grading, strip footing and grade beam excavation, land clearing, and other excavation-related tasks.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and grade plans to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial basement excavation.
- Strong knowledge of safe excavator operation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team.
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
