Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and demonstrations
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and provide personalized recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly in English or other languages as needed
- Follow phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers over the phone
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in technology sales or retail sales environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical sales techniques
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette for inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and understanding customer needs
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
