Hartty Clothing is looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused team member to join our growing business.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find products that suit their needs.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges through our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Receive, price, and merchandise new inventory.
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are fully stocked and presented to company standards.
- Answer customer questions about our retail products, embroidery, and garment printing services, and direct specialized inquiries when needed.
- Assist with general store operations, including opening and closing duties, housekeeping, and inventory tasks.
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Available to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
