About the role.
As a Toteroom Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting packaging and warehouse operations by safely transporting, storing, and managing finished and in-process products. This role ensures a continuous flow of materials to production lines while upholding high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing.
Operate lift trucks safely and defensively to prevent product damage and workplace injuries
Inspect pallets prior to dumping onto production lines to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain consistent product supply to packaging lines to support uninterrupted production
Accurately scan, store, and move totes using WMS and SAP systems
Complete required documentation, including operator checklists and system entries
Maintain housekeeping standards and perform sanitation duties such as waste disposal and tote breakdowns
Manage forklift battery rotation and ensure all equipment remains in safe working condition
Communicate effectively with team members on production needs, issues, or operational changes
Work in cold storage environments and support tote/grading operations as needed
Contribute to SQCDME targets by understanding and supporting KPI performance
Participate in cross-training initiatives and support additional production tasks when required
What you’ll need to be successful.
Grade 12 diploma or GED considered an asset
Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Knowledge of lift truck operation and safe driving practices
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Self-motivated team player with effective communication skills
Ability to lift up to approximately 40 kg
Experience with WMS and SAP systems considered an asset
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in cold environments
Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards
About the team.
You will be part of the Packaging and Warehouse Operations team, working closely with Packaging Coaches, Shift Coaches, and fellow operators. The team is focused on maintaining efficient product flow, achieving production targets, and upholding strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Compensation Package: - Starting at 26.17 CAD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
