Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team at CSN Town & Country Collision Centre in Perth, Ont.
In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and appearance. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will help create a positive experience for every customer, leaving their vehicles looking pristine and refreshed.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a spotless finish.
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and communicate findings to the supervisor as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area, tools, and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines during cleaning procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Delivery of some customer vehicles/ parts pick up may be required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform detailed cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstracts.
