Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations at all times. Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and related services.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment and perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including documentation for each job performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while on duty to ensure personal and public safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and troubleshooting.
- Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to vehicle recovery and transportation.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
