Our site in Sainte-Catherine, Quebec, is currently seeking a Field Services Supervisor. The Field Services Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of field workers and the indirect supervision of technicians, including ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements, as well as adherence to project requirements (budget and schedule).

- Experience: 5 to 7 years industry experience required
- Ability to manage change
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to understand issues and resolve/address strategically.
- Understanding of Corporate Safety & Compliance Policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer management skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of scoping and pricing Field Service work.
- Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations as well as policies and
- procedures related to field operations.
- Knowledge of various types of equipment; Proficiency in Windows based applications.
- Basic understanding of business systems
- Experience in environmental field service operations
