Position Overview
This is a customer-focused role that involves helping clients find the right vehicle while
supporting daily dealership operations. You’ll be responsible for staying in touch with customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also includes general duties such as moving and preparing vehicles, taking photos for online listings, and helping around the dealership as needed. You'll be working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth, supportive, and professional experience for every customer.
Primary Responsibilities
● Professionally assist customers through the vehicle sales process
● Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
● Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams
● Move, stage, and organize vehicles on the lot as required
● Assist with vehicle washing and delivery preparation
● Photograph inventory and upload to website listings
● Provide general dealership support to sales and service departments
Candidate Qualifications
● Self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision
● Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
● Willing to adapt to a variety of tasks and daily dealership needs
● Committed to personal and professional growth
● Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
● Presentable, punctual, and reliable

Pay: $44,692.87-$156,629.87 per year
