What You'll Do
- Engage with members of the public in neighbourhoods, community spaces, and other outreach locations throughout the GTA
- Share information about the missions and impact of our charity partners
- Inspire individuals to become monthly supporters of important causes
- Build positive relationships through respectful and authentic conversations
- Accurately collect donor information
- Represent charities and UP Fundraising professionally and ethically
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with people
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional
- Enjoys being active and spending time outdoors
- Passionate about helping others and supporting worthwhile causes
- Customer service, teaching, volunteer, sales, community outreach, or fundraising experience is an asset but not required

Physical Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable:
- Standing for long periods of time (typically for most of each shift).
- Maintaining a professional and approachable presence while remaining physically active.
- Using a tablet or other digital device to enroll donors and process donations.
- Performing the duties of the role with energy, professionalism, and attentiveness in a fast-paced setting.
