Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Worker to join our family ran agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work in grain farming and livestock management. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience with either farm machinery or cattle handling is required. Welding experience and class 1A are an asset, but not required.
Duties
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, this includes; a variety of tractors and implements involved in grain farming and cattle feeding
- Feeding includes running a silage wagon and bale processor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm work areas
- General maintenance of fences, and yard
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with farm machinery is preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
