About the Fort William Clinic
The Fort William Clinic includes 3 parts. The Fort William Family Health Organization, the Fort William Family Health Team and the Fort William Local Education Group. Fort William Family Health Organization (FHO) is a physician-led group practice committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred primary care. Our physicians work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care while benefiting from shared resources, peer support, and an established patient population. The Fort William FHO works in tight partnership with the co-located Fort William Family Health Team (FHT) which includes numerous programs and services, nursing, dietitian and social worker health professionals. The Fort William FHT hosts a long standing shared mental health care program with consulting psychiatry working within the team for a comprehensive patient centered approach. Additionally, the Fort William Clinic has a Local Education Group which provides regular educational rounds and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Hold certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), or be eligible for certification
- Be eligible to bill the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)
- Demonstrate a commitment to comprehensive, patient-centred family medicine
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Pay: $150,000.00-$400,000.00 per year
