Office Receptionist
Position Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
Please note: This is a long-term position. We are not seeking seasonal or summer-only applicants*
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organizational skills, is comfortable multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including customer follow-up calls and correspondence.
- Support basic bookkeeping and general office administration.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company's social media presence.
- Copy, scan, file, and prepare documents as needed.
- Provide general clerical support to various departments and assist with additional office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use is an asset.

Schedule
- 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
- 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Additional hours may become available as the role and company continue to grow.
