The Role: Powering Our Fleet
You’ll be the backbone of our operation, keeping our modern fleet of log trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment running at peak performance.
What You’ll Own:
Diagnostics & Repair: Tackle everything from complex engine diagnostics and electrical systems to steering and braking repairs.
Preventative Care: Own the maintenance cycle—from routine oil changes and tire rotations to complete CVI readiness.
Mentorship: Lead the way by training and developing the next generation of apprentices.
Flexibility: Navigate dynamic service schedules and occasional after-hours calls to keep our clients moving.
Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety and accurate documentation.
Who You Are
Experienced: You bring at least 2 years of solid experience in HD or Commercial Transport mechanics.
Versatile: Bonus points if you have skills in welding, fabrication, or computer/electronics diagnostics.
Asset-Rich: Experience with Peterbilt trucks, Cummins engines, and Freflyt trailers is highly valued.
Well-Rounded: Previous work with skid steers or other heavy equipment is a major plus.
