We're hiring a Customer Service Sales Associate who takes real pride in making every interaction count. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who loves connecting with people and wants to build a strong foundation in customer engagement and sales. No experience necessary — we train you thoroughly before you're out representing our brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and assist consumers on-site, guiding them through available options with patience and clarity
- Listen closely to what people actually need, then recommend the right products or solutions
- Handle questions and concerns professionally, making sure every person walks away with a positive impression
- Support each customer through the full journey, from first conversation to completed sale
- Keep accurate, organized records of your daily activity and interactions
- Build and maintain sharp knowledge of the products and promotions you represent
- Show up reliably and help maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere
