We are looking to add to our Production Labour team at our Metal Siding and Roofing production plant located in Redcliff. This role will involve bending and cutting steel in an industrial production facility.

What We are Looking For:
· Prior experience in a production setting
· Good understanding of how production equipment works
· Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
· Flexible to work morning, evening, and day shifts, overtime and weekends as required
· Able to stand for long hours at a time
· Ability to lift heavy loads up to and including 50 lbs
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Clean driver’s abstract, Class 5 license, forklift ticket
What you Would do:
· Operate equipment to assist in the production process
· Maintain the warehouse’s equipment
· Wrapping, bending steel and preparing order for shipment
· Store products and material
· Assemble materials and equipment as required
· Report on defective products or equipment
· Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production line
· Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
· Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
· Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards
· Review and follow manufacturing SOPs and SWPs
· Transfer equipment manually or with forklifts
· Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines
