Schedule
This position works 12-hour continental day shifts (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM) with no shift rotation.
You'll work:
Week 1 (48 hours)
- Monday & Tuesday – Work
- Wednesday & Thursday – Off
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Work
Week 2 (36 hours)
- Monday & Tuesday – Off
- Wednesday & Thursday – Work
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Off
This schedule provides every other weekend off while offering several weekdays off throughout the month.
What You'll Do
As a Production Operator supporting our Materials team, you'll play an important role in ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout the plant.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate in a manufacturing environment
- Complete daily safety inspections and follow all safety procedures
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Complete shipping and receiving transactions using computer systems
- Verify product quality and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with other material handling and production duties as required
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
- Experience using computers for inventory or shipping transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
