Before You Apply
This is a permanent, full-time manufacturing position.
To be considered, you must:
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Not require current or future employment sponsorship or work permit sponsorship. TWB does not provide sponsorship for this position.
- Be available to work a permanent 12-hour continental day shift, including every other weekend.
- Have previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling. Candidates with relevant industrial experience will be given preference.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role and is not an engineering, IT, office, internship, co-op, or temporary student opportunity.

Permanent Continental Day Shift
7:30 AM to 7:30 PM
No shift rotation.
Week 1 (48 Hours)
- Monday & Tuesday: Work
- Wednesday & Thursday: Off
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Work
Week 2 (36 Hours)
- Monday & Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday & Thursday: Work
- Friday, Saturday &Sunday: Off
Enjoy every other weekend off, along with several weekdays off throughout the month.
What You'll Do
As a Material Handler / Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running efficiently by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping, receiving, and production activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Complete daily safety inspections and follow all safety procedures.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Complete shipping and receiving transactions using computer systems.
- Verify product quality and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with material handling and production activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Available to work permanent 12-hour continental day shifts, including every other weekend.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing environment throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications
