McCain Farms, a division of McCain Produce Inc., is looking for Truck Drivers at our Monquart, NB location to assist with harvesting dutires from August until end of October.
What you’ll be doing.

Assist with potato harvesting and potato sorting operations throughout the busy harvest season.

Operate trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently as required.

Work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and some Saturdays as business needs require.

Work well with supervision and other employees in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Adapt to changing operational needs throughout the busy harvest and potato sorting season.

Demonstrate a safety-first mindset and follow all safety requirements on a continual basis.
What you’ll need to be successful.
- Required Class 3A driver's license; Class 1 license preferred.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends during the busy season.

Ability to work well with supervision and other employees.

Team player with excellent attendance and a good attendance record.

Highly motivated and observant, with good initiative and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to and embracing change as it occurs.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate safety first on a continual basis.

Compensation Package: Starting at $20.00 CAD Hourly
