Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $20.00/hr

You will be required to:

Creating Short Pro’s

Using KOFAX

Updating “Drive” for Tendered shipments

Auditing customer bills for any DG discrepancies, requires to be knowledgeable in TDG

Answering to emails (both internal/external customers)

Float coverage for our PM Express Dispatch clerk

Do you fit the job profile?

Previous Transportation experience is preferred

Previous Billing experience is a must

Good typing/data entry and clerical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications

Able to communicate both verbally and in writing

Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

Attention to detail in all areas of work

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
