Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after work is completed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Be able to preform
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform tasks such as framing, drywall, minor plastering etc.
- must be reasonably versed in the home renovation field.
- must have own car.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in the home renovation field
- Own car and drivers license is a must
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks on time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
