Marketing & Sales Assistant
Location: Oxbow, SK
Job Type: Part-time in Q3, moving to full-time in Q4
Pay: Up to $65,000 per year once full-time, based on experience
About the Role
Escatto Cold Brew is looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Sales Assistant to help with social media, content creation, sales outreach, in-store demos, and general admin work.
This role is mostly office-based, with some travel to retail locations, events, and content shoots.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content
- Take and edit photos and videos
- Design marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Contact potential customers, retailers, and partners
- Follow up with sales leads
- Help organize customer and sales information
- Support in-store product demos and sampling events
- Assist with scheduling, reports, and other admin tasks
- Help with events, promotions, and product launches
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with photography, videography, or content creation
- Some experience with sales outreach or customer service
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the Escatto brand
- Able to work independently and manage different tasks
- Interest in coffee, fitness, wellness, or small business is an asset
Travel
Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Approved business kilometres will be reimbursed.
