The Client Relations department is currently looking for a committed and people-oriented knowledge expert to join the Access Line team as a Client Service Specialist – Bilingual (English and French) preferred. This is a full-time position within the team.
The Client Service Specialist is a leadership role within the department, and contributes to the Client Relations strategy by resolving issues for advisors and clients, which ultimately impacts advisor perception, Customer Effort Score and First Contact Resolution. The Access Line resolves issues for advisors either by working with the advisor directly, or by supporting fellow Client Relations team members and other partners within the company by enabling them to resolve those issues. The Access Line team are also the privacy experts within Client Relations, working with the CR leadership and Compliance teams to safeguard our clients’ personal information.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

Positively impact advisor perception, CES and FCR

Mentor and coach CRRs to enable them to provide stellar service and resolve issues for their callers, using your exceptional knowledge, skill and experience

Work with the Client Relations leadership team to bring forward innovative ideas to continually improve, to continue to drive the advisor experience forward

Work with the distribution teams and other partners within the company, either through project work or the sales support process, giving you exposure to other areas of the company and different project methodologies

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $80,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
