Overview
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our Friday-Sunday Morning/Afternoon Brunch Team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will contribute to creating a positive start of the day for our guests and restaurant by ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist in the organization and storage of food products, ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Utilize the POS system for order processing and inventory management as needed.
- Follow time management practices to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
- Flexibility to work various weekend shifts. While we are looking for experienced brunch cooks, weekend evenings could also be a possibility for the right applicant.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
