Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced stylist to join our team for 3 to 4 days per weeks as a contractor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services while providing outstanding customer care. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best in a serene, eco-conscious setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and treatments with precision and creativity
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station adhering to strict sanitation protocols
- Upsell retail products such as organic hair care and styling items to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships
- Support retail sales goals by promoting product lines aligned with the boutique’s organic philosophy
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to salon environments
- Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Strong retail sales skills with a focus on organic beauty products
- Effective front desk management including scheduling and client engagement
- Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to eco-friendly practices
This role can be either hourly or commission based, depending on the contractors preference.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
