FJD Disability Management Consulting is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our growing rehabilitation team. We specialize in providing high-quality psychosocial assessment and treatment services to individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents. In this role, you will provide compassionate support, conduct assessments, and coordinate care to promote well-being and positive outcomes. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial and bio-psycho-social assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and community agencies to develop comprehensive care plans
- Collect and document data related to client progress, service delivery, and outcomes using standardized tools
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with privacy regulations
- Participate in research activities related to client care initiatives to enhance service quality
- Hcai knowledge preferred
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) clients under Ontario’s Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Working knowledge and experience using HCAI (Health Claims for Auto Insurance), including treatment plans and invoicing.
- Strong assessment, counselling, crisis intervention, and case management skills.
- Experience providing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and communication skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
