We are seeking a talented and creative Tattoo Artist to join our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tattoos, exceptional artistic skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment where artistry and client satisfaction are prioritized. The Tattoo Artist will be responsible for designing and executing custom tattoos while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and provide expert design recommendations
- Create custom tattoo designs tailored to client specifications, ensuring artistic quality and precision
- Perform tattoo procedures following strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure client health and safety
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, including proper sterilization of equipment
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure proper healing of tattoos
- Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in clients, and maintain an organized studio workflow
- Upsell related products such as aftercare items, body jewelry, or other studio services.
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
Skills
- Strong artistic ability with proficiency in drawing, shading, and color application
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols specific to tattooing and body art
- Effective communication skills for consultations, explaining procedures, and aftercare instructions
- Experience or familiarity with tattoo sales, upselling techniques related to body art
- Professional attitude with a focus on client satisfaction and studio reputation

Pay: $120.00-$250.00 per hour
