We're expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help launch our newest location at Toronto's iconic Waterworks Food Hall! Responsibilities
-Lead by example during busy service while keeping the kitchen running smoothly
-Support day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep,cooking,ordering,quality control
-Help train, coach, and motivate team members
-Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization are always top priority
-Manage inventory, restocking, and food prep to keep service flowing
-Jump in wherever needed and help create an amazing experience for every guest
- Skills
- Has previous kitchen or leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
- Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
- Loves working as part of a team and leading with a positive attitude
- Is passionate about great food and exceptional customer experiences
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
