Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for a 12-month term. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating marketing initiatives that support business growth, lead generation, brand awareness, employee engagement, and corporate communications.
The successful candidate will manage website content, digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, graphic design, branding initiatives, internal communications, reporting, and marketing administration while collaborating closely with sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support marketing plans, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Manage marketing projects, priorities, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
Website & SEO
- Update website content, blogs, and career postings.
- Manage website leads and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support SEO strategy, keyword research, optimization, and reporting.
Content & Social Media
- Create and edit blogs, case studies, thought leadership, ESG, and marketing content.
- Develop and maintain content and social media calendars.
- Create social media posts, graphics, and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement and report on performance.
Branding & Creative Services
- Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communications.
Email Marketing
- Create newsletters, email campaigns, and outreach templates.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Internal Communications & Events
- Support company announcements, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
- Support social committee activities, staff events, and volunteer initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and analytics.
- Coordinate vendors, promotional items, and marketing budgets.
- Manage project plans, invoices, and department administration.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with website management, social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Work Schedule
