We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, reliable, and skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of cannabis cultivation by assisting with plant care.

Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance: Assist in all phases of plant cultivation, including propagation, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting. Support post-harvest tasks such as drying, trimming, and waste disposal when needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor plant health and report any issues related to pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with sanitation protocols. Report any issues to supervisors and collaborate to find solutions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Communicate clearly and work together to achieve production goals.
- Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets set by the company. Strive for efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process. Propose and implement solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of plant growth, activities, and observations as required by compliance regulations. Assist in environmental control monitoring, such as temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. (Not required)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to handle strong scents and fragrances.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Punctual, dependable and positive attitude.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
