Job Summary
Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria in St. Albert is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, serving authentic Neapolitan-inspired food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, server stations, and beverage stations.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant for service.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with light side duties, including stocking supplies, polishing cutlery, and refilling condiments.
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ProServe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
