Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Pilates Instructor Certified in Reformer, Mat, and Tower to join our vibrant Pilates community. Duties
- Lead engaging Pilates classes utilizing reformer, mat, and tower equipment tailored to various skill levels
- Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and maximize results for each participant
- Develop personalized modifications and progressions to accommodate individual needs and abilities
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters community spirit
- Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, goals, and any concerns during sessions
- Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and optimal class flow
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of all Pilates equipment and studio spaces to ensure safety standards are met
Experience
- Certification in Pilates Reformer, Mat, and Tower from a recognized training program
- Proven teaching experience in a fitness or wellness environment, preferably with diverse clientele
- Strong bilingual skills in English ; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct and motivate clients of all backgrounds
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a welcoming environment
- Exceptional time management skills to balance class schedules and client needs effectively
- Prior customer service experience is preferred to enhance client satisfaction and retention
