Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Rental Technician/Hotshot Driver to join our team. This role involves managing rental equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have three years of oilfield and surface rental experience, ability to operate heavy equipment and has a focus on safety and efficiency. We offer 40 hour work weeks minimum with a mix of in field and in shop hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where communication and technical skills are essential for success.
Duties
- Load, unload, and move rental equipment using appropriate tools such as forklifts and skid steers
- Safely operate pick up trucks and trailers to deliver and pick up equipment at various locations
- Assist customers with rental equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of rental items to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness
- Maintain accurate records of pick up and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members and customers regarding schedules, equipment status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during transportation and handling of equipment.
- Assist in shop duties such as yard organization, servicing & cleaning equipment and associated paper work
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in oilfield and/or surface rentals.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Ability to operate skid steers or any other related machinery.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and clients
- Prior experience in oilfield driving or hotshot delivery is highly desirable
- Valid H2s, First aid, CSO tickets.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
