We are currently hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our vape store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Educate customers on vaping products, devices, e-liquids, and nicotine alternatives
- Assist customers in selecting products best suited to their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with restocking and merchandising
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and daily operational standards
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail customer service experience preferred
- Vaping knowledge and experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build customer relationships
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Inventory management and cash handling experience considered an asset
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to contribute to a successful retail environment. Candidates with prior experience in the vaping industry or vape retail are strongly preferred.
Position Details
- Part-Time Hours: Approximately 18–27 hours per week
- This store operates 7 days a week, and candidates must have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, based on business needs.

- Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour
