What you'll be doing
The Brand, Community & Client Experience team helps shape how clients, communities, and employees experience CIBC by bringing our brand to life through meaningful partnerships, community investment, and engagement initiatives. As a Consultant, Sponsorship and Community Investment, you’ll support the development, execution, and ongoing management of sponsorship and community investment programs that reflect CIBC’s commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. You’ll work closely with internal partners and external community organizations to deliver well-executed initiatives that create meaningful experiences for employees and strengthen CIBC’s brand presence. In this role, you’ll help drive programs related to employee giving, fundraising, volunteering, recognition, and sponsorship activation while ensuring consistent branding, strong stewardship, and operational excellence. You’ll also use reporting and analysis to measure impact, support budget tracking, and identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
