Sundown Oilfield Services Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company specializing in facility and pipeline construction, oilfield maintenance, and pumpjack services in the Grande Prairie area. We are seeking a permanent full time Tickets Clerk to join our team. Please note that remote work is not available for this position.
Position Details:
- Hourly Wage Range: Depending on experience
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM, OT as required
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain employee profiles in Aimsio is an asset
· Set up new jobs in Aimsio/Accounting software
· Enter time tickets for shop and billable time.
· Send out all tickets for review/approval daily
· Submit field tickets into open tickets.
· Weekly reporting on outstanding tickets.
· Follow up on pending/outstanding tickets
· Ensure all time has been entered for payroll
· Resolve and correct payroll-related inquiries from employees.
· Enter LOA and truck allowance
· File shop time/tickets into appropriate folders
· Dispatch admin support
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Experience with Aimsio is mandatory.
· AR experience is an asset.
· Proven experience as a tickets clerk/field admin.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
