As a
Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you'll be at the centre of the customer journey—from the first conversation through booking and scheduling. You'll help homeowners understand our services, answer questions, recommend solutions, and turn customer conversations into successful outcomes.This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys variety, communication, and the satisfaction of helping customers while contributing directly to company growth.If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.

Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Educate customers on Mosaic services and help them choose the right solution.

Convert customer inquiries into booked appointments and sales opportunities.

Recommend additional services when appropriate based on customer needs.

Answer questions, address concerns, and create confidence throughout the booking process.

Follow up with customers to ensure opportunities are not missed.

Schedule appointments accurately using our CRM and scheduling systems.

Maintain detailed customer records, notes, and service information.

Coordinate with operations teams, technicians, and franchise partners to support successful service delivery.

Ensure field teams have the information they need to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Help identify and resolve scheduling challenges quickly and proactively.

Provide friendly, professional, and solution-focused support.

Triage customer concerns and determine the best next step.

Communicate updates and changes clearly with customers and internal teams.

Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Keep CRM information organized and up to date.
