Duties
- Prepare sushi and other menu items following established recipes
- Operate P.O.S systems for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers and take orders
- Manage cashier responsibilities including processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Assist with food handling tasks
- Support team members during busy hours
Qualifications
- Smart Serve a Plus
- Food and Safety Certification a Plus
- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling
- Basic math skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude during busy hours
Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
