Description:
Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Estimator / Project Manager to generate new business, prepare estimates, and manage projects from award through completion. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction operations, enjoys building client relationships, and is driven by performance-based earnings.
Experience Required:
Experience in construction sales, estimating, and/or project management
Qualification:

Experience in construction sales, estimating, and/or project management
Strong understanding of construction operations and workflows
Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications
Experience with estimating software and spreadsheets
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for projects
Conduct site visits and take-offs
Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
Manage projects from award to completion
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and field crews
Track project progress, costs, and profitability
Ensure accurate job costing and change order management
Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
