Overview
Our surface mining operation is seeking, performance-oriented Labourers to join our team in the Quesnel area.
This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity within the company, with potential for growth and development in equipment operation. Individuals who are motivated to build a career in equipment operation will be provided with training and advancement opportunities based on performance and a strong safety record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and digging
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance, including fueling and greasing machinery
- General support of daily operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Receive and organize parts and materials
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Experience in construction, trades, or similar hands-on work environments
- Strong commitment to safety with a proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and contribute to process improvements
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a high-performing team
- Willingness and ability to work long rotations in a remote camp setting
