Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our company on our Weekend Shift. Regular hours are Friday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm; if all hours in the regular schedule are worked, a 4 hour shift premium will be paid. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees while supporting the Shift Supervisor, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be crucial in driving team success and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Set clear expectations and goals for the team, monitoring performance and providing feedback
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
