Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the position is responsible for providing service and information to customers in order to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the repair process. The position is also responsible for handling all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidate must
· Have previous automotive service advisor experience
· Be self-motivated and well organized
· Be comfortable working alone at times
· Have excellent customer oriented and communication skills.
